Unable to obtain First Trial of Sekhemas points

Hello, I have completed the First Trial of Sekhemas (the quest Djinn) three times, and each time I am unable to interact with the ascendancy altar or the portal in the last room. This may be due to completing the second trial (Trial of Chaos) first before this quest. I even removed the 2 points I received from Trial of Chaos before running thie Sekhemas trial but still I cannot interact with anything.

Points are not tied to a specific trial or act. You got the first two points in Trial of Chaos, now for the 2nd Ascendancy you need Djinn Barya with 2 trials lvl 45+ or Ultimatum with 7 trials lvl 60+.

I just tried a Djinn 45+ and says “will grant ascendancy points upon completion.” I clear the first floor, and I’m unable to interact with the portal or the room I need to enter to proceed with the trial.

Try to return to the town through your portal and then return to the entrance of the trial to the altar.

I tried that and the following:
- Running multiple 45+ Djinns with at least 2 floors - Running the quest Djinn multiple times - Refunding my 2 ascendancy points I got from the quest Ultimatum before running Sekhema - Restarting client - Restart Ps5 - Turn off loot filter None of these work. I saw on an older thread (unable to post in it) that a ton of people were having this same issue if they completed the quest Ultimatum first. |

SAME HERE
THEY NEVER FIXED IT IM STUCK CANT GET POINTS IT TRAIL CANT EXIT CANT DO NOTHING ABSOLUTLY NO FIX THEY ARE MAKING STUFF UP SAYING THEY ARE FIXING THINGS I THINK ITS ALL A LIE |
