Support ticket since November 25th 2024 still not answered

Hello,

As the title says, I've sent an email on November 25th 2024 regarding account merging issues and it's still not answered.

I got the "semi-automatic" reply on November 29th mentionning

"

Thank you for your email and for all of your patience. We are currently processing a large number of requests and will respond to your query as soon as we can.

We ask that you please refrain from sending follow up emails for your request as this both slows down our ability to process requests and could bump yours back in the queue. We will help you as soon as we are able

Since that date, I didn't get any answers from support or follow-up.
I did try sending a new email from the email of my 2nd account on April 4th 2025 and this email didn't get any answer either, not even the automatic reply.

In 3 days, it will be 5 months since the first email/ticket created. I don't think it's normal to wait that long for a response.

For anyone wondering, i'm trying to merge my PS5 account to my PC account (One account use path of exile credentials and the other use PSN login information) but I keep getting this error message:

"

You cannot add this login method to this account.
You cannot merge two accounts with the same login methods.
