BUG - Audiance with the king No book for atlas point dropped (Twice)

Hello,
I did Audiance with the king to get my 2nd set of points and I looted the book.
I spent the point to get 4/10.
I decide to give it another go to get my 3rd set of points, I bought the token with currency exchange, killed it and the book didn't drop.

Thinking it was a bug, I bought another token and tried again (this time i logged out before using it and even open another waystone before using the token).
Killed the boss and still no book.

Spent twice the currency to get book for atlas points and nothing.

How am I suppose to get 10/10 if killing the boss does nothing.
