Is contacting support working for anyone?

I sent an email asking for help getting a twitch drop moved from one (unused account, created by accident really), over to my steam account. Support responded and asked if it was ok to close the one account, i reploed and said yes, but never heard another reply.

Question: im wondering what the responsiveness has been like for other folks? My issue seems trivial but i really want that thing and watched three hours of twitch to get it lol.

Really wanting to like this game and team but with patch .2 and the mic drop from support im left questioning if this game isnt what i thought it was.

Unfortunately ive replied multiple times thinking i had been forgotten about.
Wait a few months, or buy a new testing qualification. It's useless to wait for a month and a half
