Is contacting support working for anyone?

I sent an email asking for help getting a twitch drop moved from one (unused account, created by accident really), over to my steam account. Support responded and asked if it was ok to close the one account, i reploed and said yes, but never heard another reply.

Question: im wondering what the responsiveness has been like for other folks? My issue seems trivial but i really want that thing and watched three hours of twitch to get it lol.

Really wanting to like this game and team but with patch .2 and the mic drop from support im left questioning if this game isnt what i thought it was.

Unfortunately ive replied multiple times thinking i had been forgotten about.
Wait a few months, or buy a new testing qualification. It's useless to wait for a month and a half
H just wanted to bump this, still havent heard anything back on my support request.

The last response was two weeks asking me to confirm my request to which i responded yes, have not heard back since.

My kids play with me andwe are all really hiping we can get this done.
I am waiting since January so - stay strong.

It took them 3 days to respond to me.

…and inform me that, several thousand euro later, they weren’t going to make any effort to provide technical support. Hopefully whatever you’re contacting them about is something that the paid employees feel like tackling. The techsupport@grindinggear.com email address is a bust.

Yeeeee, support responded and my Art Pack is arriving finally!!! At last I can stop worrying about loosing it for months.

PoE2 was a mistake I think :D After effect is too strong.

Woohoo they resolved my issue!! Faith restored (feels a lot like i venerated a maraketh shrine, +sacred water and 300 honour restored)

GGG is S+ tier!!
