Auction house different approuch

How about an idea like that:

Sell Stash (or use existing stash, i am just dropping ideas) with 4 tabs (upgrade able) where you put items you want to sell. Set the price and everything like the old ways BUT instead of whispering to the guy, accepting party, trade, change currency etc we make something like this:

You see an offer. You click it and portal open to the player hideout when there is his currently player looking statue where you put the correct price and the item drops into your inventory.

We see MTX we see hideout, we see offered item. We pay it to the statue by offering the fixed price and done.

we could build special rooms for our trade statue with teleport device etc
