GGG Support Bugged?
Hey,
as I am terrified to get pushed back with my Ticket if i dare to contact the support again, im asking here.... ( i mean the current situation seems buggy, doesnt it) I messaged Support regarding an account problem on Dec 2nd. I did get an answer in less than 12 hours. since then nothing. I did read the message about Support having lots of work and that tickets might take time but it feels like mine got lost. Also please change ur Systems so that pplwont get pushed back after mailing you again. i work in IT and im shocked that this is the System ur running... Theres no way my Account could open another Ticket without all of my Tickets being pushed to the back of the List? this cant be srs?! I dont wanna go into detail of my ticket but its really preventing me from playing the game like i want. and that since day one.... i havent touched Last Epoch like most of us did and stuck with PoE. Im a loyal Customer. please help me. I dont wanna keep playig like this for months.... Last bumped on Apr 22, 2025, 10:26:22 AM
