Cant get into this

Started a sorc, following some icy vein guide, it has you start out with frost bomb where you have to corral enemies into a tight little area to do damage, as a ranged sorc this is the most moronic thing Ive ever seen as you have to dodge around face to face with the enemies. Please stop listening to the streamers and maybe get some casuals input cause this is complete ass and its still the first act. I'm not subjecting myself to this punishment.
