Cannot gain XP / XP keeps resetting

I am playing post-cruel difficulty using the waystones to load dungeons, and no matter how many dungeons I complete, my experience keeps resetting back to 0. I cant recover dungeons or maps that I have already completed, but I receive no experience for it. This game seems to be coming to a close now that Im losing endgame content without the ability to keep leveling up. It was fun while it lasted.
