Progression Lost!

I've been running maps for hours just to access a Corrupted Nexus. I finally managed to reach one and completed the map without any issues. After killing both the map boss and the Nexus boss, I picked up the loot, but then I got disconnected. When I logged back into the game, both the loot and the map progress were gone. I also checked the map device, and there's no sign of the boss or the Corrupted Nexus anymore.

I honestly don’t care about the money I’ve spent on the game, but the time investment is significant. Please offer me a solution to fix this. I'm already having a tough experience playing with a non-meta character, and now these kinds of issues are draining all the motivation I had as a new Path of Exile player.

The worst part is this happened to me twice in the same day. I’ve decided to uninstall the game. I wish you all the best, but I can’t keep investing my time and passion into something that punishes me for simply playing.
