What Support?

The customer support at GGG has gone missing since Chris left the company. I myself haven't received the last four Twitch drops even though my rewards page says that I have. Support asked for info and I sent it to them and they did nothing. Seems as though from reading other posts on here it's just gotten out of control with no help in sight. Sad.

Thanks for the automated response, too bad you're not a real person. If you can respond this rapidly on the forum how come you can't check out what the problem is as well and fix it?
