Bug

Hello dear GGG team and support,
I have the following problem:
After switching my character from the SSF league to the regular Dawn of the Hunt league in the endgame (NerfBuster),
I unfortunately can't build a reforging workbench in my camp, or rather, it has disappeared and doesn't appear
among the decorations in the hideout - even though I've completed the necessary quest chain.
Speak to Mektul.
In Act 1, I was fortunately able to complete the quest for the salvage workbench,
so I can at least get that. How can I get the reforging workbench now?
The quest "Speak to Delwyn" also seems to be buggy, because when I see him in Mirkwood in Act 1,
no exclamation mark appears above his head, so the quest doesn't progress, even though I'm already in the endgame.
I would greatly appreciate any help.
