Mob damage ?

i playing infernal i have 1600 healt & 6k energy shield and some mobs on tier 15 map no delirium btw hit me just 1 my resis all cap is that normal ? there is no rare mob there is no boss im just walking around mobs and some fuckers hit me total 7600 + dmg ?
