Orbs Of Alchemy - Not getting all 4 attributes

Seems like in using one on gear, it will upgrade the normal item to rare and then apply the attributes. Occasionally I will see only 3 attributes to the gear instead of 4. I assumed (probably incorrectly) that I got 4 but the 4th upgraded/modified one of the others. In essence I am not receiving all 4 attributes to the item , or its applying the 4th to an already received attribute. My last alch was that did this was on an ilvl +65 item fyi.

Some modifiers can be hybrids. For example, if you get
"150% increased Physical Damage" "50% increased Physical Damage +100 to Accuracy Rating" +300 to Accuracy Rating You will see "200% increased Physical Damage +400 to Accuracy Rating" Press Alt to view all mods. |
