I got hacked twice in two weeks, but GGG hasn't responded to any of my emails.

I sent both account verify Email and GGG support emails right after I was first hacked on April 11, but I haven’t received any response from GGG. Now I’ve been hacked a second time, and still no word from GGG. I honestly have no idea what GGG is doing at this point.

when they finally get to your email they'll immediately lock the account entirely because it's ownership is in dispute. The problem is that it takes several email exchanges for them to verify that you are the account owner, and the post POE2 backlog on complex support requests means they're running about a month between messages. (See all the "my account has been locked for several months" threads in this forum if you doubt me.)
