Cannot use 'Temporal Rift' if spirit cost is higher than unreserved spirit

When socketing support gems that add spirit cost into Temporal Rift, I can't activate the ability if the total spirit reservation of the skill is higher than my unreserved spirit. This effectively doubles the spirit cost of anything you're socketing into Temporal Rift if you still want to use the skill.



Ex, I have Precision and Vitality socketed in Temporal Rift, and 30 spirit is reserved to activate those persistent buffs. I have 13 unreserved spirit left, but I cannot use the skill.

I then unsocket Vitality and move it to a different persistent buff. I still have 13 unreserved spirit, but with only Precision socketed, the spirit reservation of Temporal Rift is only 10. As 10 is less than 13, I'm able to use the active skill.
