Evasion does not work properly anymore

just to make it aware since i see no one talking abouit this but the evasion stats are not functioning as they did last season. even with 90 % evasion most hits still hit, most projectiles still hit making evasion as bad as armour was last season. if you do not go energy sheild PlUS evasion you are screwed its absolutely dogshyt as a single stat now compared to last season
