ULTIMATE POE2 feedback, believe me, i know exactly were POE2 is missing the mark

1- WEAKNESS (Early game)

Loot is a big problem but its not the major problem.
You think you need loot but even if you get an item of your respective level you are still weak.
Doens't matter if you're getting loot, you are still WEAK.

2- Difficult ITS NOT a problem AT ALL (Early and midgame)

Many people think that difficulty is a significant barrier, but its not.
GGG is objectively WRONG in nerfing damage of bosses and creatures.
Creatures can have high damage, bosses can have high damage, the crucial and key point for every issue related to difficulty is PLAYER DAMAGE.
The problem is not a werewolf hitting 50% of your hp.
The problem is a witch skeleton needing to hit 10 times to kill it.

Increase player damage early game and you won't need to touch game difficult, believe me, this is 100% true.

3- Endgame dillema, Towers x Borders, Atlas nodes are not interesting

The endgame has an unacceptable objective contradiction.
Towers reward players for playing around the respective tower.
While progress itself is about exploring edges.

This is a weak philosophy that needs to be improved.

A bandaid would be for the tower to corrupt the surrounding maps and create a nexus in the respective area.
But I believe the endgame still needs to be better than that.

In short, Atlas progress needs to be faster and nodes need to be interesting and noticeable (this is literally the key for the endgame)
Last Epoch taught a class on this.
The Last Epoch Atlas is quite remarkable in terms of the perception of the points we choose.
I can choose my loot, my enemies, my activities.... come on GGG.... just make these Rogue Exiles work and BUFF THEM.

It was just an example about Atlas execution, post is 99% not about last epoch, you are just trolling.

It's tedious because most classes have significantly weak damage.
Although I didn't have any problems as warrior(rollingslam), I did have a lot of problems as Witch and Huntress during leveling.
Diffuculty in the Campain is non existent if you level an alt, and can source gear from your main, but still takes fucking forever.
I tryed a Merc as an Alt and it stil took me almost 16 hours to get too maps with ok gear.
THAT IS NOT FUN! Feels like work.

LOOT is the main problem imo, i rarely find anything for the char i am playing, only for other classes.

Crafting is just pure gambling, and Maps are boring after the hours you need just too juice them, and maybe get 5 or 6 maps with a good layout.

Build diversity is also non existent, only a hand full of skills are aktually usefull, and Spells suck big time, after the nerfs too them.

In your opinion, is the endgame okay?

Do you mind having to choose between playing in the tower or walking in a straight line to discover new citadels and nexus?
