Poor latency with instances hosted by AS7979 | 23.109.147.0/24

Many people have been complaining about lag and high latency, I personally didn't have a problem with latency for a long time but I started to notice it more recently.

For me, connecting from NL to their network hosted in the NL, in some cases my latency would 20x compared to a nice 6-10ms range, when connecting to these instances upping towards 100-120ms average latency.

Personally I've firewalled these guys off, since I rather not play on these instances. Hopefully this helps looking into fixing the instances hosted here. Either the routing is bad, or the instances hosted here are supposed to be tied to a different pool based on a different region.
