cant log on my character in adura caravan 2act normal

I have a problem with getting to the game, whenever i select my main character im getting inf about some bug and game is closing short after that. I tried to log on another character and it worked but then when i tried to go to 2 act of normal difficulty (same place my main is) it happened again and now i have 2 unplayable characters pls help me somehow i reinstaled the game and it didnt help. Im sending you screenshot of the message im getting.
