My skills are not working

i hot a lightning lance build and its been working utill i hit lvl 91. i have not change anything about my build it just stoped working. they skill does not let me sellect it and also it does not let me see how much danage. when i try and open it up it just give me thestats of some random spell. i meet the reqirements of the skill it just gliched and idk how to fix it. i tried using a difrent skill gym and that does not work. iv also upgraded it into a lvl 20 skill still does not work. ive tried a lvl 8 skill no work. if i add new socets also it does not work or fix it. so now im playing the game with no storm lance and it makes killing bosses so much harded. can someone please tell me how to fix this ty for reading this

Do you meet the attribute requirements for all of your support gems?

yes i meet all the reqirements and it also dont work with any gems in it. when i put a new lvl 19 skill in it works untill i hit a mob than it stops working

" hmm, go to that skill gem and click the arrow next to where the DPS is suppose to show. Do you have weapon slot I and II check marked at the bottom? only thing i can think of. |

when I do that it does it open a tab where it say this information is currently unavailable and weapon slot is all gliched out
