I’ve reached out to you multiple times, provided all the necessary information, confirmed the account closure as requested — and yet, nothing has been done.

There are now only 2 hours left before the stash tab sale ends. I purchased this pack specifically to benefit from this sale. I've been trying to resolve this issue for days and still have no product and no support. Having to chase after something I’ve already paid for is absolutely unacceptable.

For a game of this scale and reputation, this level of neglect and indifference is shocking. I can no longer properly play the game. I’ve lost both my time and my money.

This is my final attempt to get your attention. If there is still no action taken, I will not stay silent about this experience. I will share this situation publicly and ensure that this kind of treatment does not go unnoticed. This kind of customer mistreatment cannot be ignored.
