(Priority) I can’t play because of a bug.

At the very end of Trial of Chaos I jump with the thunder leap ability to the dragon boss area after killing it I wasn’t able to access to reward area the door never opened. Nothing worked wasn’t able to go back to main entrance. Now after login off and back in if a select my character (Hunt_V) keeps loading forever. Even tho I loss my 2 Chaos res soul cores I just want my character back.
