Character stuck on loading screen.

I paid 70 exalted for the run to do the fourth ascension to change the spec. And now my character got bugged inside the room, before finishing, I play on PS5 and I hear a lot of people complaining about the same problem. Moral of the story, I was left without the ascension and now my character is stuck inside, it doesn't leave the loading screen. I can't play, and it doesn't leave the loading screen, it's stuck inside chaos and I can't do anything else.
