Headhunter Divine bug

I buy a old Headhunter and divine him 3 times but no charm slots came on it.
Maybe its a low chance to became it but im irritated thats not described on the Item after divine them.

I farm 3 or more Div and test it 3 more times.
At the Patch-Nots is described that old uniques with divines transformed in too the new ones.

1.Belts level 30 and above now have implicit modifiers with 1-2 Charm Slots, while Belts level 60 and above now have implicit modifiers with 1-3 Charm Slots. This only affects new Belts found after this patch has been deployed.


2.Massively increased the values on the Prefixes that Restore Life, Mana or grant Guard when Charms are used. You can update existing items to the new values with a Divine Orb.

I thought the second Point is also for the charm slots. Mhh Its stupid but you are right.
