Remove WTS ascendancy spam from trade

Hi,
please do something with this ascendancy spam, it is soo tiresome to see same messages over and over again. Suggestions: - make a separate channel for it - ban advertising it ingame, forcing this sort of services on forums or discords Thanks! Last bumped on Apr 22, 2025, 1:34:27 PM

" The Trials in this game is bad. This is why you have a lot of players selling them, because there is a lot of buyers, me myself bought the two last asendancies. This post in my opinion should point that the Trials are super bad and need huge nerf. Trials of Skemeas - Honour system sucks and stupid. Trials of Chaos - the one with all the penalties are too much suffering, it's like GGG destroying our character build each stage, why? we worked hard to build our characters and GGG literally punishing us. " I understand your point, however I really want to avoid this particular topic. There are plenty of threads already, which discuss the trials themselves. Some people might actually like the to pay and AFK through the trials - I don't mind, I think people should play as they wish and pay for what they wish. I also think there will be people who will want to pay for trials even if devs change their mechanics - and I don't mind that as well, freedom f2w. But the spam, man, just makes eyes bleed when you'd like to track trade for normal offers. |

" I get what you're saying, and I hate the spam, too. But, this conversation will inevitable break down to 'trials suck', because the spam is simply a symptom, and until the underlying problem is fixed, that symptom will always exist. Putting it in a different channel will create the following situation: 1- GGG creates new channel for it 2- Players start using it to advertise services 3- Almost every player turns that channel off because they don't want spam 4- The advertising players stop using that channel, return to trade or global 5- The problematic symptom continues to exist You can then try to report them, but GGG almost certainly will just ignore those reports. It's no different than someone trying to do a trade in global instead of trade, not even a 'wrist-slap' level of offense. Your best bet is to put those players on ignore so you never see their stuff again. Or, join in on putting heavy pressure on GGG to rectify the trials problem. |

Leave the trade channel and/or trade league if you don't want to see people advertising.

Guy, just turn off the channel. Unless you're actively buying or selling something, why even have it on?

" I want to keep trade on, because I want to see trade offers. These differ in content - prices, items, and so forth. Trial adverts are same over and over again - if you've seen one, you've seen all of them - and they make it difficult to see regular trade offers. Don't you see the difference? |

" Thanks for taking the time to write this! I appreciate your perspective and see your point. Maybe a content filter would be a viable solution, not only for this, but other possible issues - let players define strings on game client level, that will hide trade messages if matched. |
