Choir of the storm issues, wondering if they are bugs or overlooked, or unknown bugs.

Choir of the "triggers lightning bolt on critical hit".
The "triggered spell damage" nodes to the far right of the witch tree don't work on it. Gems that have "Triggered XX" Don't affect it. Quality with Esh (lightning modifiers) no longer makes it +1 to skill level. Was this a change? Or are these bugs? I keep reporting this and get 0 feed back. Last bumped on Apr 21, 2025, 9:03:05 PM
