Trial of chaos 4 man loading glitch

When trying to join a trail of chaos with a group of 4 one or two or the members weren’t able to load into the instance. When loading they’re stuck on the loading screen. When closing app and rejoining they’re put right back into the loading screen and are unable to load in.
