visual stuttering

uk based xbox sieres s and x

when using the "Dusk Vigil, ashen staff" there is a very strong visual stutter.
this dosent appear to affect the casting animation or skill animation.

this bug is rather offensive on the eyes and dose make visual clarity a problem
