Researcher's Strongbox is lacking

I'm specced into strongboxes with influence towards Researchers. This is because I want to find the unique ventor's strongbox because I'm a slot machine fan.

I found one so far after playing 200 hours in the last 2 weeks (don't judge me).
I have no problem with that as it's taken me that much time to save up 2.9 million gold to go for the last click.

What has been a let down is the regular researcher's strongboxes.

I keep a stack of alchemy in my inventory so I can alch and go on any boxes I see. But the loot is just not there. It's generally 2 transmutes and 2 augmentations. Occasionally I get 1 or 2 exalts, which is how it should be, and the only other loot I have seen is a regal or a rune.

Now I don't want divines to drop with common rates, but I see no reason not to boost the rate of exalts, regals and alchemy orbs.

If I use an alch, which are rare enough compered to how much you want to use them on maps, white items, in combination with omens and on strongboxes, but I am consistently getting back 2 trans/augs as compensation for the risk/reward, it feels pointless to even use them. I guess I could run them by only making them blue with the content I get out of them. That would produce a net positive over time even if they only dropped 2 trans/augs. But that seems like the atlas passives are better used in other areas and makes them less of an appealing option.

I could even go for a boost to the drops via the atlas tree to further spec into them. Like perhaps having a branch which must be completed to give extra rarity to the drop chance.

Just a thought but I guess you are still tweaking early access numbers. Good luck.
