Cant change Skill Points in Standard League after Dawn of the Hunt Update

Since the update, I've been trying to play my monk in Standard League. I wanted to reset my skill points, but when I click on a skill, it doesn't get removed. If I change an attribute point, I can unassign the skill points, but when I try to confirm, nothing happens.
