The skill Poisonburst Arrow consumes HP and energy shield.

The skill Poisonburst Arrow consumes HP and energy shield. ~2% of my maximum hp and energy shield per attack. I don't have support gems. I tried changing equipment (and jewels), but I couldn't find a combination that would make this bug disappear. This only happens to one of my characters.
Character name: WeredoxMonk
I think it has something to do with the passive tree or the ascension class. (Embrace the Darkness? - where I lost my spirit, but gained Darkness).
