Upgrade Premium-Tab to Premium-Quad Option, please?

Hello,

I have quite a handful of many tabs that I have to make use of for my Stash, but find that on the Non-Quad tabs tend to run out of room too often / quick.
Currently there exist the option to Upgrade a Regular Stash Tab to a Premium Stash Tab. But no option to enhance the Premium Tabs to become a Premium-Quad Stash Tab. Apparently the ONLY way to acquire Quad Stash Tabs is to just purchase them outright, and NO option to Upgrade Existing Tabs.
It is a shame, considering I currently have 48× Tabs to Utilize at the moment; between 35× Premium Stash Tabs + 6× Premium-Quads + 7× Affinity*Tabs | For Path of Exile 2.
I VERY much would prefer to UpGrade my 35×Existing Premium-Tabs and convert them to the Premium Quad Tabs if at all possible, as opposed to replacing the existing thirty five non-Quads with 35× Premium-Quad Tabs.
