Stuck in simulacrum previous room

I've seen this oosted once a couple months ago, someone blinked and ended up clipping the wall and landing on separate room during simulacrum, making it no longer possible to continue the evebt

Now it happened to me but when teleporting back from hideout, the portal was next to the wall and my character clipped thru the wall and landwd on the previous room which was then locked, I couldnt get back to the actual room and lost the event.
