Ritualist - Bugs and QOL

Regarding Ritualists Ritual Sacrifice skill, there are some issues that seem to be bugs, and some things that need to change in order to make this thing fun to use.

1) Currently cannot add quality on the gem, even though in the description it says that +quality increases buff duration

2) You cannot force it to use a specific weapon set. Meaning you have to do it manually, which feels clunky.

3) Base duration is really low. In order to properly use this you need to invest in skill duration AND get the unique shield on top of that. Without all of these, 18 sec base duration is just terrible.

4) Doesnt work well with skills or enemies that explode corpses, since they consume the body you want to use for the ritual.

5) 3 sec animation is bad. Maybe make it a passive that automatically works when you kill a unique?
