Support not responding

Hi everyone,
I contacted the support team on April 3rd regarding an important issue with my account, but I still haven’t received any response as of today. I understand that they may be overwhelmed or dealing with many requests, but it's been more than two weeks now, and I find it quite frustrating — especially since I’ve provided all the necessary information to verify my identity.

Is anyone else experiencing unusually long response times from support recently?
It’s a bit worrying to be left without news for so long, especially for account-related problems.
