CE-108255-1 Error on PS5 When Loading Character in Path of Exile 2

Hello,

I’m currently experiencing a persistent issue while playing Path of Exile 2 on PS5. After selecting my character, the game gets stuck on the loading screen and eventually crashes with the error code CE-108255-1.

Here are the details:
• Platform: PlayStation 5
• Error Code: CE-108255-1
• Occurs when: Loading into a zone after character selection
• Affected characters: [Insert character name(s) if you’d like]
• Tried fixes: Restarting the console, reinstalling the game, switching characters, clearing cache, changing servers — none of these have resolved the issue
• Notes: The crash seems to happen consistently with this specific character and/or zone. Other characters sometimes load normally.

This is POE 1 bugs. Not POE 2.
