ps 5 and pc stashes

Is cross-platform stash synchronization possible between PC and PS5 accounts?
I'm currently having to manually transfer sale items between stash tabs every time I switch platforms. Would purchasing separate platform-specific stash tabs resolve this, or is there another solution to maintain inventory consistency across devices? Any advice would be appreciated!
