Trading is filled with pricefixers

Currently the experience on trading can be quite annoying considering that nothing is really done about pricefixers and those that ignore trade requests.

I suggest a shadowban system, where if repeatedly ignore trade requests (large quantities) without removing or relisting targeted account should get shadowbanned for a undisclosed period of time.

By shadowban I mean listing is only viewable by other shadowbanned accounts. (Pool these filth together)

Maybe incremental? 1 day, 5 days, 2 weeks, 1 month then perma?

This should clean up the listing quite nicely in record time.
