Mektul the Forgemaster Insta HC DEATH BUG

I've started poe2 recently and I've roughly 1700 hours on poe1. At the moment I've almost 100 hours on poe2. Warrior Smith Of Kitava with very decent gear on hardcore league. I've experienced death this night yet again on Mektul the Forgemaster as Level 65. I'll upload a few videos on YouTube and show it to you how it occurred, I don't think this is an intended design or anything but a very simple bug in essence. Hopefully you can check my character's logs and understand the situation better. And perhaps I'll get my character back in the HC league.

I've pretty much face tanked everything with this character. And in Normal difficulty I did dps inside the lava against Mektul. I tried to do the same and insta killed in lava at the beginning of combat. But if you let lava flow for a while then dive into the lava, you can basically swim in it with no problem at all.

This bug only occurs at the very beginning of the combat if you even touch a pixel of lava it just drains your life faster than 0.3 seconds and kills you in the end..

well It happened they fixed nothing for now. There are no changes neither my character nor the boss...
