Loot is so uninteresting and abyssmal

I have 85 % magic find on my warrior. My journey from tier 1 to tier 13 no divines, no greater jeweller's, no fracturing, 17 exalts, 7 chaos. What the hell do you do with that? I had to trade my chaos for exalts just to get any decent gear since the drops on the ground are just useless
