Softlock while collecting "sands of time" during the Zarokh boss fight

My Zarokh boss fight was softlocked after/during the sands of time minigame. I collected 4 of the sands, but not all, using Thunderous Leap as my movement skill linked with holy descent, jagged ground, and Hit and Run. Once the timer concluded, Zarokh played his voice line but did not spawn. I was stuck in the boss area with the slowing effect at 70 and no Zarokh to fight. As expected, exiting the game failed my trial.

I believe I was mid-leap when the timer expired, but I cannot be sure. This occurred on the character Srewthehunt on patch 0.20f just a few minutes ago on the Texas realm. I apologize in advance, I hit /bug after logging and not while in the boss arena. I am more than happy to share any other information if need be.
