Lich Health lowering and capping till and after death.

Don't know what happened. don't have any Unique's Equipped that is causing the issue and nothing in my passive skill tree or Skill gems are responsible.
Since last night my health after doing a map has cut my life pool in half, no matter what i do it keeps happening. and the only thing that has changed since it started happening is my levels changing. Today it has gotten worse were before it was about half my life pool. Now its like 20% of my life pool is just gone like its being reserved by something thats not there, like in POE one. The only thing i can think of is that "Eternal Life" is the cause, but this has been happening more then a day since i first put points in there.

Until it's fixed, its been an interesting season.

You cannot lose life, but you also cannot gain life. That's the tradeoff.

I just happen to have the same problem.
I just finish normal, enter cruel and somehow my life is capped at 613... even my str nodes dont add life at all...
