endless loading

Hi, I got 2 big problems due to they I cant normally play your game. 1. I got crashes EVERY 5 minutes. 2. yesterday I teleported to player for trade to camp on the ziggutar and got endless loading, I cant play on my character second day, do something with it pls, my poe nickname LGBT_Russia228, character nickname Hadouken___ or Hadouken__ (I dont remember now)
