[Ps5] I can't access my characters on Dawn of the Hunt league

I can't access any characters on dawn of the hunt. But I can access anothers one on standard league.

Everytime I try to access my characters, my PS5 keep shuting down itself after loading screen. GGG PLEASE HELP. I've not been able to play this game since yesterday.

My character: Hok_Huk

Maybe changing server location will work

Thank you so much. But it didn't work. I chose Singapore, Korea, Australia, and Japan. It still crash on loading screen.
