Cannot get the last 2 ascendency skill points after beating the 4th floor boss

I used a Djin Barya lv80 with 4 trials for my monk character (Acolyte of Chayula) and the coin specifically said I would get additional ascendency skill points. I defeated the boss on the 4th floor (sand mother) and was able to interact with the ascendency altar but it opened the skill tree with no additional ascendency points. I then proceeded to the next floor as I couldn't do anything then got killed.

Please help look into this. It wasn't the latest trial of Sekhimas instance but the one that I did before that. Bug report reference# is 4125352893.

You have to beat the trial of time or whatever it is called to get the points. Go into the portal after you kill the 3rd boss (the scorpion you mentioned.)
