Drop rate

Hey I know lame streamers have cried in the past about the drop rate, but I think it's killing you're game. I can't get anything to drop even with high drop rate chance on all gear. I can't even upgrade my gear or try to make gear because I can't get any materials to drop for me to use to upgrade anything. Is there a way that we can turn the drop rate back up so we can get more materials

I think you need to be more specific. Are you referring to drop rates during the campaign, or during the endgame? And which crafting materials are you talking about?

From my experience, the campaign drop rate is completely out of control, far too high. I’ve had several runs with extremely strong gear, to the point where I could kill bosses in just a handful of auto-attacks. That really takes the fun and challenge out of the early game. Increasing campaign drops any further would, in my opinion, negatively affect the league-start experience.

When it comes to the endgame, however, I actually agree with you. That might be because I didn’t fully juice my maps. In version 0.5 I got around 12 divine drops, but only two Perfect Jeweller’s Orbs and almost no other perfect orbs at all. This was in SSF.

I’ve seen videos of players with over 500 Perfect Jeweller’s Orbs, and I honestly don’t understand how that’s possible. Maybe it’s related to running the Vaal Temple or some other specific farming strategy.
