Ultimatum Infinite Loading Screen (XSX)

100% of the time, opening a town portal in the rewards room of the chaos trials to the ziggurat encampent (act 3 cruel as it has the currency exchange), attempting to re-enter the rewards room via the TP leads to an infinite loading screen that can only be resolved by idling on console dashboard (xbox home) to force the game server to disconnect me for inactivity/abandoning the instance. This puts me in the character select menu and I can load into the instance again from there, but this happens 100% of the time specifically when TP from 10 trial ultimatum reward room to ziggurat encampent then re-entering TP to return
