Game automatic close after select charector

I'm try to select charector then game automatic close(in loadding screen). (Now chalector warping to Ziggurat Encampment Act 3) Last bumped on Apr 20, 2025, 6:52:00 PM

I have this problem too but for me its Act 2 in the caravan encampment. 2 characters are essentially bricked. No way to access them because the game crashes as soon as it freezes in the loading screen.
