Last rare on map did not drop a map when Wisp'd

Tier 14 Waystone was used.

Last rare on the map was Wisp'd and killed, it did not drop a map for completing map objective of killing all rares. I've one less T14 waystone now. :(

I suspect Wisp'd rares are not following the rules.

Also just gonna add this, rares that explode into currency in general only explode into transmutes and augs. Never regals or regal shards. I am starved for regals and regal shards even while selling rares to vendor for shards, but I have hundreds of transmute/augs. :( Maybe allow the currency explosions be more than transmutes/augs all the time. On this note, I ran my third ascendancy trial of sekhema and found several raw regals... yet hardly ever see them in 20+ maps.
