Skeletal storm mage lighting storm skill is useless

It only works when there are some skeletal remains on the ground, and usually there are no mobs on those spots so even activating that skill doesn't do much.
So either let us aim the skill like with Skeletal Frost mages, or change it to arc, so we don't have to focus on aiming.
Personally I think Arc would be better solution.
